Havana is opening up a little these days, ever since 76-year old Raul Castro took over the presidency from his hailing brother Fidel Castro, (Will Weissert, Associated Press Writer).  Finally, all Cubans are allowed to use cell phones.  Recently, it was the right to own a microwave that made headlines.  Pretty soon, the Cuban people will be given the right to own their own homes.  If they ever get that opportunity, they better become aware of the detriments of subprime mortgages because that would be worse than the invasion of the Bay of Pigs!
