According to Brian Mahoney, (AP Basketball Writer), Shaquille O'Neal is upset with Pat Riley's staff and players.  He even went as far as to call out some players by name.  Pat Riley on the other hand said he didn't care too much that Shaq is talking bad about him, but what he cared about the most is that Shaq is attacking his staff and players, saying he didn't want to be playing with them implying that their skills and talent levels weren't up to par and that it was basically an embarrassment to him to be on the same court with the players.
