According to Brooks Boliek (Reuters), the Fox Network is challenging a $91, 000 fine by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for indecent exposure during an episode of its reality show "Married to America" which obscene and offensive body parts of a female participant were pixelated and shown to the public. The pixelated image was still graphical enough to get the attention of the FCC, who has been very vigilant about this kind of thing, ever since the Janet Jackson's Super Bowl Bra malfunction and subsequent exposure of her breast to millions of household viewers. Fox is arguing that the FCC was too quick to jump to conclusions about indecent exposure without real evidence. Please click here for details!
