Your thoughts are solely wrapped up in your ex. How to get your ex back? Wouldn't it be great if your ex missed you so much, she or he came back to you? Many rejected lovers want this, but don't know how to achieve a renewed relationship. Lucky you! Here is the advice, you can't live without!
No one likes a whiner. So, stop. Stop with the late night phone calls. Stop begging and pleading for them come back to you. Or worse. Stop telling you are 'nothing' without them! She or he may just start to believe you!
Dry your tears. And as a friend of mine used to say, 'fake it 'till you make it.' You must begin doing the exact opposite of what your feelings are screaming at you to do! It is time to get up and get out of the house, back into the real world! Go shopping. Volunteer. Catch up with friends and family! Find an activity or opportunity that interests you, and jump in with both feet!
You will start to look and feel better about yourself. And who, especially your ex, could resist that? Give your ex a reason to chase after you. Most men enjoy the hunt. It is the same for most women. When you make yourself to available, they miss out on the challenge of 'winning' you! Concentrate on those aspects that attracted your ex to you in the first place! You will be flabbergasted by the results! Your ex will wonder what on earth prompted this change in you! And you will be happy with the results too! You will not have wasted much time sitting around waiting for their call. Instead you will have concentrated on and re energized all that is great about you!
In following this advice, you will be achieving several different goals. Most importantly, you will have begun to focus on you and what makes you happy. When you are happy you not only gain an important insight to making your life better. But, you are giving your ex a chance to take a second look at you! All that moping doesn't do anything, but put age on your face! When you start to look and feel better about yourself, your ex will sit up and take notice! And of course, this is what you wanted all along! Give your ex a reason to get interested (and involved) in you again! They will appreciate this new, independent side of you, that can make the best out of any situation!
